We genuinely want to assist each and every one of you. However, due to limited volunteer resources, we cannot handle individual cases over the telephone. Our phone lines are reserved for ensuring that a staff member is always available to address generous donors.
Please respect our request not to call our staff with your needs.
Instead, complete the application form and follow the instructions, and we will reach out to you. Here’s how the process works:
Individuals and Nonprofits Welcome
Application Submission: After completing and mailing us your application, our Board of Directors will review the information provided.
Inventory Assessment: We’ll assess our inventory and evaluate how we can best assist you.
Contact Within 30 Days: If we can help, you’ll be contacted within 30 days.
Application Validity: All applications remain valid for 30 days. If you don’t hear from us within that time frame, feel free to apply again.
